INSTRUCTORS COURSE Close Quarters Conflict (CQC) Duration: 3 Days Price: $ 900.00 Per Officer Description: This course is designed instructors to provide advanced skillsets and methods for teaching for movement from room to room throughout non-permissive structure. This course is instructed by Subject matter experts with engagement history from high profile Special operations teams. Day 1: (8 Hours) Training Objectives:Advanced Room Control Skillsets, Multi-Room flow Introduction (Dynamic, Hybrid, & Deliberate) • (Classroom)Day 1 Intro room Control Concepts • (Classroom)Techniques & Core Fundamentals, Breakdown of baseline run setup • (Classroom) Single room verbiage, safety protocols, and Academic iterations • (Classroom) Typical Room setups, instructor positioning, and debrief techniques • Baseline • Room movement & Control (Single Room, 3-4/Dry) • Small unit flow iterations and setup w/ instructor shadow (Dry) Day 2: (8 Hours) Training Objective: Hallways, Hot walls, Flow Calls • (Classroom)Understanding macro vs. micro movements inside of a structure. • (Classroom) Hallway & Multi-Room Movement, Hot wall mitigation, positioning, Resource management, and prioritization • (Classroom) Academic Iterations, briefing techniques • (Classroom) Analyzing student performance and building effective training plans • Hallway & Multi-Room Movement, Hot wall mitigation, and prioritization (Dry) • Full Team Multi-Room flow setups/instructor shadow (force on Target) • Small unit multi-Room flow force on Target (Multi- Room, Dynamic/Deliberate) • Full Team multi-Room flow force on Target (Multi- Room, Dynamic/Deliberate) Day 3: (8 Hours) Training Objective: Force on Force scenarios • (Classroom) Methodology for force-on-force training (Balancing “real world” with training Safety measures) • Scenario Briefing & Course Review • Final Training Exercises w/ instructor shadow (FTX): (force on force) Equipment List: • Primary / Secondary Weapon System • Weapon Sling (Rifle) & Retention • Duty Vest, Belt, Operational loadout • Communications (Optional) • Simmunition/UTM weapon systems & all related PPE (200 rds. per student) • Long sleeves • Clear Eye Protection • Gloves (Optional) • (Teams) Additional supplemental equipment (Robots, Drones) • “Chem lights” Blue / Red (Optional
